As an example a billboard would cost in the region of £200 a week and including production of a long term poster, over a six month period, this would cost over £6000, potentially out of reach of most smaller businesses. Well, if you split this cost between four companies, you would be able to have a 10 foot x 4 foot space (one quarter share of a billboard) for around £60 a week – about the same cost as a business sized advert in the local paper – and you can spread the cost.

What about a taxi? Taxis offer the opportunity for 3, 4 or 5 companies to be able to share in the cost. Each taxi is made up of up to 5 advertising opportunities – both sides, two tip up seats per taxi and the possibility of contravision on the rear window. By sharing the cost of a cab with 2,3 or 4 other companies and sharing 3 or 5 cabs – where you would have exposure on each cab – this can work out as little as £100 per week per company.
